Hi all just checking to see if anyone else has had this issue with the new imports.

A friend of mine's receiver rail was held on with the incorrect sized screws and consequentially was wobbly as hell. He's had to remove it and obviously can't do much with the gun now.

Contact CSC and get it fixed

I would follow up with CSC. If those threads aren't stripped and still clean I would just take the rail and start searching for hardware.

Update:

In response to having the wrong screw with the rifle CSC looked at the picture & video sent to them and decided to send the exact same screw to the guy.

Gasping with shock my man told me that it still didn't work and CSC is now taking the rifle back. Fingers crossed things will get better.

Are these not closer to $5000?

We pota da wronga screws ina da guns...

Give usa bout a year and we fixa for you!

I laugh every time someone tries to say these guns are even comparable to the Swiss originals. After actually comparing them myself I sold my FAMAE guns and have never regretted it. Well maybe the 9mm, I didn't pay quite out the ass for that one.

Before they were a scarcity and priced accordingly. Now plenty around.
