Famae issue

So i got a great deal on a Famae SAF 9mm but there was an issue after delivery. At some point a previous owner took a file to the hammer and sear, I hate do it yourself dummies. I was able to determine that the SAF uses the same parts as the Famae 540 series rifles out there.

does anyone know if there is a warranty center for Famae in Canada that may stock a sear and hammer or that can bring some in?

worst case is there someone that would be able to forge a new sear?
