Famae saf hand guard

Squirrly11. Look into plastic molding companies and or mold makers. They can epoxy your plastic back together, make a mold and form a new look-alike. Won't be cheap, but is doable. They have scanners that literally laser scan the item and "print" it into a liquid epoxy with another laser or a form of inkjet printer.
Plan B. Reverse the Earths rotation,go back in time, request item be sent in wooden box, still hope for the best. Box will be challenge for DHL gorillas.

The EE is the Equipment Exchange, or the for sale boards.

You need to go into your User CP (control panel) on the left side list under the header "Networking" click on "Group Memberships".

You'll see a list on the middle page of the various locked groups. Click on the "Join Group" bullet on the right side for the Equipment Exchange Usergroup (or whatever group you want to join) and hit the Join button at the bottom.

A mod will then confirm it and you can browse the EE.

To the OP, you actually may be able to fix that with some epoxy... Get a high strength steel epoxy (Canadian tire has it) or high strength JB Weld or something. You can use some thin cardboard (non corrugated) to shape the outside, and use a Dremel tool to grind the inside.

I would suggest a fiber re-enforced epoxy like a short-strand fiberglass re-enforced Bondo, since it has more tensile strength and shock resistance than a non fiber re-enforced epoxy.

That is what is left of it... I am not sure superglue will work... I may have another idea in the works I will keep you posted if it works out.

Dude, you told me it was cracked...not shattered! Hope you're having luck with it...

man, they really ####ed that handguard... gotta say, I don't think I'd be trusting my nuts with a Famae... if a bunch of postal courier morons can #### it up while in a package, I wouldn't want it in my home, let alone the field. Hope you can find a fix though squirrley, broken gun parts are the worst!

If you had another handguard to make a mold of, does anyone think it would be possible to re-create either out of plastic or maybe a lightweight metal like aluminum or fiberglass etc?
