Nope, thats only for rimfire. Centre fires have to have a bbl length 18.6" or longer and someother stipulations are in there (ie, AR's & etc..)

Not quite accurate.

SEMI-AUTO centerfire rifles need 18.6" barrels. A manually operated (pump, lever, bolt) only need 26" OAL fully collapsed with factory barrel.
