I figured that since I've never taken them all out for a photoshoot together that I'd post up a few quick snaps of the beginnings of my Sig family.

You know, I love my Sigs, but I just can't love that Platinum for some reason. Just doesn't do it for me. I have a P220 equinox, a nitron P220 that I put the G10 Pirahna grips on, P226 E2 like yours, P226 SS Elite, and a C3 1911 on 'waiting forever' backorder from Questar. Besides these, I had (and sold) a 1911 SS Carry, another P226 Nitron, P229 SS nitron.....love them all. I may have to get a Platinum to see if it grows on me. And a Scorpion and Combat too.....Oh yeah, nice family there! Gotta love Sigs.

I see you have e2 grips and "regular" grips on some... Im looking at sigs and have big hands how does the e2 compare to the regular grips.
Ive heard theyre smaller.

They are quite a bit slimmerr. I find them quite comfortable, and find the wood grips on my Elite a tad on the chunky side.....if you have big mitts, you may find them slim, but then again my buddy has big mitts and quite likes the E2s.....

I dont even touch the one with the e2 grips since I got the platinum, too small for my monster hands since there is no room to index in my left palm onto the grip.
I love the grips on the platinum though, the checkered aluminum just feels right, cant say the same for the 220 combat though, it seems as if the tan grips got a bit of extra hardenning, still love its feel though.

I see my family growing more in the next year for sure.
