Does it dry hard enough to stay on there? Or does it chip off easily? Looks like a great idea as long as it doesn't end up chipped off while walking through the woods.

I used some cheap bright orange nail polish and it's stayed on my SKS and shotgun sights through quite a few range.teips.

That's what I've been using for decades,the wife's nail polish,especially,the pearl white stuff that reflects lots of light. It beats paint.

Same here. Base coat of brilliant white first, then what-ever colour you prefer.

That is the trick with any flourescent paint - works best with a white undercoat.

I have tried the sparkly nail polish and still cant see the front sight when shooting in the forest when its cloudy or low lite, its about time the fast a nation of hunting has now gone to our finger and toe nails, going to get a bottle , just for the look on the faces when I shop there. ha ha of course its going on my firearms.
