We're just adding an FAQ section for the website.

I've added info on:

Ordering
Payment
Store Front
Shipping Quote
Shipping Methods

Anything else you want to see in the FAQ's?

There will also be a link at the top to download an order form if you want to fax in your order.

-Explanation of "Pre-Sale"
(Both of those might be covered in your Section "Payment"- your choice.)

As well, I'd recommend that in your Ordering and Shipping sections adding that if you have difficulties, to contact the store via email and/or phone, and that the request will be attended to in a timely fashion.
I say that, because anytime I've emailed you guys, you've always responded as fast as lightning.
