I hope I have the right forum for my question.
I just put together a Savage LRPV (20BR) and will limit myself to about 400yds. With that in mind I ordered a Farrell base with 0MA. I got a 20MA base by mistake (not my fault). My scope is a Nightforce 5.5-22x56. Will the 20MA Farrell work or should I get the 0MA I wanted?
Thanks.

You may find that you cannot zero at 200 or lower but 300+ should be no problem.

I know 2 shooters (all of us using the same scope on 20moa bases) that cannot zero below 300 where mine will zero at lower ranges.

Give it a try. From what I know of Ken (from dealing with him) if the setup doesn't work he'll likely replace it with the 0 MOA you originally wanted with no hassle. He's a A1 guy.

Farrell bases are nice but I find they sit too high. Regardless, you should be just fine with a 20 MOA base and I would keep it - this is one of those mistakes where your better for making it.
