I have decided to make a list of fast firing fun levers you can buy here. So far I have found:

Can you explain the term "fast fireing?" Short lock time? Fast to cycle? Short throw lever?

I'm thinking short throw and fast cycling. I don't know the details on what makes a lever action fast - which is why I'm asking here.

I don't know #### about the guns you mentioned but in Winchester the 92 action in 44-40 will cycle alot faster and smoother than the 66 or 73 action or the 94 or 95 for that matter.

Yup. The BLR is a beautiful lever action. In fact, I have on for sale in the guns forum in a .243 calibre.

Paying over a grand for a lever action is insane. Look into a Marlin.

I disagree on the 92 being faster than the 73 or 66. A well used 73 is smooooooooooooooth.

Don't forget the Norinco JW-21!

Ammo for that .22LR lever gun is so cheap you'll be able to work it in well and with all that extra practice you'll be able to cycle its action like a ninja on fire :lol:

The BL22 and Marlin 22s have such short throws, they feel like semis but they don't feel like you are using a lever gun either.
