I'm looking for a powder that is insensitive to temperature changes (as much as possible).
Using Varget curently, but I want something with a faster burn rate, yet with same properties.

M14 -wise....

what about reloder 15, it's a bit faster than Varget and is temp insensistive.

In my experiences, RL15/Varget are basically the same burn rate

in my 223, with 55 grainers, 27.0 grs. of either powder will chrony within 6 fps average of each other.

in my 30-06 with 150 grainers, 50.0 grs. of either powder will chrony within 12 fps average of each other.

in a 338'06 with 200 grainers, 55.0 grs. of either powder will chrony within 1 fps average of each other. With 250 grainers & 48.0 grs. of Varget or RL15, speeds clock at 8 fps average difference between the two.

:)

Hope this is readable -
