i dont have any good photos of the gevarm action. i will see if i can find a camera laying around...

really slick design though. Ive only had one FTF out of around 10,000 rounds. I have had only one FTE - and that was from modifying a HP round with a Bic pen. only problem is the action is not designed to be a precision rig. That big heavy bolt slamming forward and back really shakes the rifle. hard to keep a straight shot if you are not prepared for it.

Full auto 10/22s on Youtube blow my mind. Why even bother, unless you can hire someone to load magazines for you.

Open-bolt means that after firing it does not chamber (and cook) the next round. It sits there with the bolt open waiting for the trigger to be pulled again, at which point it will close, chamber and fire the next round, and then eject it. Then it sits there again with the bolt open waiting for the next trigger pull.

anyone have any pictures of this gevarm setup? I can't picture how it'd fire with the bolt open, and even then how it'd extract.

Gevarms that haven't been cleaned in a long time sometimes shoot REALLY fast. Makes grouse hunting more interesting.
