Finally decided to pull the trigger on a chassis for my Savage. I know the product is excellent, because I have one on my Remington. Called on Tuesday to place the order. Great to deal with. Smooth order. Mark called back about 1/2 hour later to confirm my mailing address. Order arrived today ( Friday )

Over the years I've dealt with most of the sponsors on here at one time or another. Most have been great. Some have been so-so. A few have been excellent, and those are the ones that I tend to keep spending my money with. This is the first time I've dealt with MDT directly, and I have to say that they rank right up there with the best of them. Thanks again guys for a fantastic product, made in Canada, and excellent service to go with it.

Order placed 07 April 2015 for the MDT LSS for my savage sent another query email on the 24 May and another today as I didn't get any reply to the 24 May email. Still no sign of my order.

Our apologies for the delay on this. We definitly have quite a backlog on the Savage chassis. Normally we respond within 24 hours, but I am looking at your ticket and see that there is actualy a lot being done in the background to get this shipped to you. The reason you have not received an answer is because we want to make sure we have a definite date for you. The new production run (latest version) is almost complete, and just needs paint.

We have shut down all pre-orders and backorders to catch up on our backlog. The only items that now can be purchased on our website are in stock. We know we have made some customers wait a long time, and we are truly sorry for this. Our sales had a huge increase this year, and unfortunately it takes months to increase capacity and production on these types of products. Not trying to make excuses, you should have had quicker delivery and faster responses!
