Been waiting for 11 months for a 12.3 transfer.

I had one here in BC in June, person to person, restricted transfer, that was 2 hrs 20 mins.

Completed transfer time. From when the CFO receives it to when they approve it.

We don't have the volume like other non Maritime provinces.

I have personally witnessed an AB to SK face to face transfer take place in under 20min including the hold time so that the buyer could drive home with the pistol.

I live in the country, that still ran federally by CPC. I don't talk to many people, so I don't get involved in their BS.
