Favorite and/or Best Knife Brands/models ? ?

How about Extreme Ratio knives ? Seen couple videos of their toughness.... Yes, very pricey, but are they great and worth the $$ for those who want to spend it ?

I find they are totally worth the price...I have 6 of them and absolutely love them. But they are horribly pricey...

The newer model Swiss Army knives by Victorinox are my favourites. I have the Hunter Pro and the Swiss Soldier. Both have locking blades and the fit and finish is excellent, as are the ergonomics.

I would like to see them use harder stainless such as S30V or 154CM on their main blades. They would hold their edge longer but, of course, be harder to sharpen in the field.

They are excellent knives for their price.

I can get Boker, Extreme Ratio, Gerber, Microtech...and pretty much most brands...but sadly not Benchmade or Survive brands, yet.

I'll likely choose which one to specifically add for showing models on my site....but remember, I can order most brands, so give me a shout out for quote on any other model your edc, hunting, survival, tactical heart desires... :)

Kershaws have the best value for the price range. My favourite on the "cheap" end. Bench made are awesome but a little pricey. I've been eying Extrema ratio knives for a looooong time, just can't afford one yet.

A zero tolerance 0450 has been my carry for the last 6 months now, and probably my favorite that I've ever carried

Big fan of Fallkniven and ESEE. Each have different steel and grinds, but both great.

Yes, I've being putting a big push for folks who can manage the extra extra few $$ for Elmax knives, as they are great great all around steel option and hard to find... And Zero Tolerance, new production runs for this year, that had the Elmax, will NOT anymore, cause they can't buy it from Sweden (where it comes from), So.... anyone wanting a ZT knife with Elmax steel.... PLEASE get on ordering one now, while current models are still available to me.....
New ones coming will still have awesome steel, like S30V, S35VN and one other... but not Elmax, which is the better steel.

Also, FirstEdge knives on my site (special forces used knives..real ones !) have Elma steel.... check those out too !

Extrema Ratio knives are great... I can get them... I see that Zero Tolerance uses better Steel than most of the Extrema Ratio knives use... and ZT's are bit less $$.. both are pricey.

have a buck vangaurd with hugo boss treated s30v steel and last year after skining a whole calf moose and three whitetail bucks the knife could still cut a straight line down a sheet of paper, i now own 3 buck knives with s30v i have owned benchmade, kershaw, knives of alaska. for under 160$ you cant beat it
