Favorite Coyote Recipes?

Well Ive done away with a few cat size squirrles. How do I mail them to Calgary? Oh got a nice big skunk this morning, that one is going on the French menu!

Well I've eaten spagetti sauce that was made with squirrels, and it was pretty good. As for eating coyotes, I think I will pass ...too much like eating a dog.

Natives used to eat them

Well, they ate lots of weird stuff I would never eat, and its due to the fact there was no grocery store around the corner. My Aunt is Native, and to this day she will eat the brains and eyes of any deer I will bring to her. Grosses me out , but thats what she grew up on.

I've eaten raccoon, raven, crow, cormorant, fox, beaver, muskrat, pigeon, gopher and a few other things. The only one I didn't like was the gopher -- tasted like grass.

until about 30 years ago it was normal in many western societies to raise and eat pigeon, crow, squirrel and to also eat every dang piece of meat off of game, when's the last time any of us ate deer tongue and some elk heart fillets? But all the same, you won't get me to eat that stuff....:D I don't think I am hungry enough to try dog either.

But with a name like Hannibal, one would think you eat about anything. Specially if it came with Fava Beans

I thinl some people have watched "Anthony Bordains, No Reservations" too many times, mind you I like the show myself!
Hell, he ate wild African boar anus so how bad could a 'yote be?

Apparently there are some crow recipes floating around online.

Crow stew taste pretty damn good, I have only eatin a few however.
I wont waste my time enless I'm bored or want a challenge. I'd much rather eat grouse obviously.

I would eat coyote if someone offered it too me but its not high on my priority list. I like red Squirrle though, and porcupine taste amazing. To think of it, I'd rather eat squirrle than eat rabbit they just taste better is all.

I'm not real fussy when it comes to meat as long as it wont make me sick and its not of the kind that squirms around on or in the ground and looks like a worm or has several legs.

I taught Anthony all he knows about eating strange ####;). I lived in Korea for a while and ate EVERYTHING they offered. mmmmmm BUNDAGI!!! Yes, I ate dog. I ate still swimming minnows, chicken guts, coagulated beef blood, raw liver and tripes, and "pig organ" soup to name a few dishes.

It did a lot to remove my prejudices towards foods. Still crave Kimchee on a regular basis and eel has become a semi-regular part of my diet.

I've eaten porcupine, pidgin so why not but then again WHY!! How about hot horse meat sandwiches and gravy. That ought to get the horse lovers riled up
