Favorite load for .40 S&W (I.P.S.C. Major)

Hi.-

Would you please recommand me your favorite load for Cal. .40 S&W with a 180 grs. bullet for I.P.S.C. shooting in major class.

I use 4.8 grains of Tightgroup behind a 185 AIM

5.3 gr of Win 231 behind almost any 185 gr plated or jacketed bullet.

Plated or jacketed? What OAL? How much crimp?

I use 5.2 to 5.6 gr of VV N320 depending upon all of the above plus the variation in primers and brass.
