Favourite sling/strap?

What sling that allows you to carry your rifle in front of you, sights up and at the ready? I find if I'm doing a lot of walking, I shuffle the rifle all around, left right, up down, trying to keep it handy, but fighting the fatigue of it.

Boonie Packer. I've used one for about 5 years, it's great when you're carrying a large pack, great for quick draw. Only downside ,it is not a shooting sling.

My favorite is a classic wide leather sling. But my next purchase will be a Galco leather "Ching Sling". A few board members swear by this design for bigger calibers. I need some hands on with one soon.

All of my rifles look better with classic wide leather straps but I use the Butler Creek Comfort Stretch Slings when I hunt. My 7mm comes in somewhere over 9lbs and so far no problems.

slings (Sling Stix)

Has anyone tried one of those Sling Stix? The have them in Cabela's for $69.00, its basically two folding stixs that pop out of your sling....sounds and looks cool, but has anyone tried it?

Thanks
