On the 'Low' setting, my T97 flings the brass 10-15m. On setting 2, it would probably land in Sask!

Indeed, yesterday, a fellow came into the shop with the rear Leupold mount on his Remington 700 on backwards and complained that he could not get the bolt open............ told us we sold him the wrong mount. One of the lads undid the two screws, reversed the mount and handed him the rifle with the bolt open.

Not certain, but I suspect that they proof round test them, and dont want to over-gas the gas system.
Turning it to zero makes perfect sense it that respect.
