Friend of mine from Vancouver wants to sell couple of 9mm Radom Vis mod 35 pistols from his collection that he kept them for like 30+ years.
He asked me what are going prices are for them now. I have no idea that's why I am asking for some help here.
All those are good shooters in 75-80% condition, have matching numbers and nazi (German) stamps on parts.
Sorry, for all of you emailing me he has none for sale with Polish eagle marks.
Thanks for all yours responses and suggestions.

Those pistols were always expensive for some reason IMO. I was asked in private mails for the pictures that I don't have.
Friend of mine isn't into computers being 70yo. Looks like I am going to have half a dozen of Radoms for sale at Chiliwack Gun Show.
None of his guns are "beaters" so the early war pistols build from Polish parts (1940-1941) I will try to get $1000+ the late war pistols build I will try to get $700-$800 or so
for them.
Does it sounds about right?

Up here non pre war (Polish Eagles) go for 700-2500 based on original finish, shoulder stock notch etc. Late war phosphate models with horizontal linier grips also command a premium.
If you have serial numbers lots of info online.

I have a Radom Vis P35 I am considering selling, has been in my family 50+ years and hasn't been fired since it came to Canada. Have the leather holster and two clips. Appears to be in good condition.the takedown latch has been removed from it. Trying to determine the year of manufacturer. Haven't found a good source for info any suggestions?

The year of manufacture can only be guessed at, but we would need the serial number first. Any chance for a picture of the other side?

The takedown latch appears broken, very common. A lot of people try to pry it off rather than rotate it first, then sliding it out. If you still have the other part of the latch, it can be repaired.

Looks in decent shape. I am guessing its a 40-42 productions under the Nazi. It has a broken take down lever which is quite common. Grips on the one side look uncracked. I would venture in this shape you are looking at 650-700. If you have all matching serials and you got the spare part you could get 800. This is how much I paid for mine.

I would like to conclude my post to all those who e-mailed me and are curious about the pricing.
I have definite idea of the worth of those Radom mod 35 pistols b/c friend of mine sold all six of them, two at Cilliwack Gun Show, one in Vancouver and three at Kamloops Gun Show. The best price he got was for 40' one assembled from Polish (pre 40') parts in very good condition with the groove in handle for shoulder stock at $1500.
The worst one was 43' a shooter but only fair condition at $850. The last three examples in his collections are not for sale including one in 30cal Luger.
He left two disappointed parties that couldn't purchased any.
I wouldn't pay even half of those prices but collectors have their own reasons....
