If a company takes orders by email, they should actually have people fielding and returning them, but that's just my silly idea. An actual shopping cart on their site would be beneficial to the company and for it's customers. I appreciate any company bringing in more options for us at a good price, but it seems this sale (and the last one) could be handled better.
They're working on it's a new site so they're setting that up.
They do have people to do it but were short staffed for abit it's very busy during the holiday season.
