Are Feather AT-22 rifles available in Canada? Are they non-restricted, restricted, prohibited or just some young lads wet dream?

Prohibited. In fact, there was a confiscation order for them back in the days of the Kim Campbell government. And by confiscation, I mean NO COMPENSATION!
