Federal American Eagle XM33 50 BMG Ammo!

I've never seen new ammo with dents in the brass. Of course, I've never bought .50 BMG before, either.......

I just did a search online and others are saying the casings are dirty. Found stuff stating this up to last apr. They just aren't cleaning the brass as much.
 
Was gonna get some for coffee table conversational pieces. Wonder if they'll fit in the vib tumbler. Can't have dirty rounds on the coffee table.

Remember, XM ammunition generally has flaws in the brass.

If anyone is not secure with the ammo. I would like to buy them.

Do not be afraid, one of my Zombie friend is eager to have one...

And I will shoot them to break new .50BMG barrel.

I bought a full sealed case and a few extra boxes of this stuff from a local retailer a week back - they are similarly dirty and many have minor dings/dents. Not a big deal in my mind. If you're worried about how it looks, I cleaned up one round just for the hell of it with a sprinkle of Comet on a damp paper towel...
 
Please post pics of comet shiny rounds.

After shooting are the dings/dents flatten out by the pressure?

I'm told that the odd round has a split casing. If you have one of these rounds please let us know and we'll arrange for a replacement. We also need to know the lot number of the ammo.

Anyone already ordering stuff wanna split a case in Burnaby/POCO area. I just want several for conversational pieces.
