Federal Fusion is on sale at a local dealer -- any good?

My Sako 85 Hunter likes it in 30-06. Currently my go to deer round since they stopped making the regular Hornady 150 grain XTP. Groups about 3/4 ".

No. Heavier bullets generally have a little less range but may offer benefits for killing larger animals. Accuracy could go either way.

Thank you I will pick up a box does the grain matter? 150 appears to be the cheapest.

My 22-250 tikka heavy barrel likes it better than every thing else ( under half inch groups). Lots of drop past 200 meters though

I have taken a few black bear with my .30-06 in 180 gr and worked well for me. Accurate in both a Savage 111 and Tikka T3 hunter.

The 150 seems to be the most accurate from my 30-06 T3 Battue and my '41 bnz K98 post-war rebarreled Norwegian mauser also in 30-06. Bought a few more boxes from Fishing World (was on sale again)
