Federal Premium Trophy Bonded Tip reloading components

I was curious again today about the Trophy Bonded Tip ammo and upon searching the world wide web i found out that federal has released these bullets just for reloading components! The price would seem to be on-par with Noslers Accubond line.

Now my question is who would be best to contact about bringing these in?
