The portugese is Nato FMJ spec. the chicom is just BS. Not the same can be said about the ammo they issue to their army. Not 7.62x51 though.
The NATO FMJ is different with the producers. The German one - for instance- is designed to fragment @ the cannelure while the regular one (ours) is not.
The chinese has a softer , thinner jacket with more lead. 7.62 calibre , but more likely a copy of the 7.62x39 design. For short range usage.
