Feedback to Wolverine Supplies

I had the same experience as Supahawt bought a new revolver but received a returned one instead.

Unfortunately I didn’t realize until after I tried the thing so I was told was not eligible for refund in a cookie cutter response by email. I decided I would just take the loss and never deal with them again.

I think when John was running the place these things didn’t happen.

A product that is returned to Wolverine Supplies under our 7-day return policy in brand new condition, is relisted as brand new condition. This is how 95% of every retail business on the planet operates. **IF** a product is returned and has been used/damaged/dropped/missing packaging/smells/covered in some substance that we can't identify then it is not relisted as new, and either kept in store as a demo, or sold off as second hand.

If you purchased a revolver new from our store, then use it, then claim it to be used after the fact I'm sorry but there is not a lot to discuss there..... I'm not sure about the situation your describing however, what didn't you realize until after the fact of using it?

We have a straight forward 7-day return policy if your not satisfied with the purchase.
