Feeding a tavor/xcr

Relax, take it easy...
You know there's a lot uncertainty all over internet if a 55gr bullet will loose some accuracy in a 1/7 twist barrel. I'm glad to know there's none before 250m.
Max, that's ok. The whole point is to enjoy the hobby.
Sometimes folks go off the deep end that you must buy brand X or should only use xx gr types and such.
Between a 55 and a 62gr there will be a slight difference up to 250m, but it will be small within an inch to two.
After 250m it really starts to open up in the changes in drop.

The hard part is finding nice ranges we can use that have the distance to really try and wring the best out of them.

I own both the XCR-L and the TAR-21, and ive shot steel cased surplus through both. But when I go shooting, I almost always find myself grabbing the Tavor over the XCR!

I plan on taking my tavor out in sub 30 temps this winter. I use Froglube which I have no idea how it works. Im going to take it out. Leave it out for an hour or so to make sure its nice and chilly. Then run it through its paces.

I also shoot 75gr Hornady match steel ammo. About 27$ for a box of 50 which isnt bad. Seems to like it. For non-matches I use normal 55gr.
