Feeding issues

I'm new to gunnuts and have a question . I have a old mossberg 12 guage pump . When there is more than one shell in it they won't stop feeding and they get jammed up . I'm hoping it's an easy fix but am not familiar enough to know what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated

Either a bent cartridge cut off or the cartridge cut off is missing
