Starline brass, Red Dot powder 54grs, Hornady 86gr bullets.
I have 2 types of factory ammo but it is corrosive.
My shooting partner and I will next source a crate of 7.62x25 non corrosive and we will pull the projectiles, reduce the powder load and reseat
I have a wicked reloading setup and the 2 of us have lots of time under our belts.
We can make LOTS of rounds!!!!

Do the stripper clips 7.62x25 come on work for charging the c96?

Have not tried those yet.
I am using the plastic stripper clips we used for the C7 and C8 in the Army that I picked up at a gunshow. They work great!!!
I'm lucky, my red nine bolo shoots 9mm, so much easier to feed. My last one was a 30 though. Hard ti find ammo. - dan
Easy to handload for,like others have said you can also use 7.62x25,pull the bullets and reduce the powder charge,works well,but of course you need to
wash the barrel out with hot water to get rid of the corrosive salts.
Nova Tactical took in two a few weeks ago from an estate purchase. Not sure what they are asking for price wise.
