Female hunting alone

Sounds like something made up to scare women away from hunting.

If she could call her husband, why not the cops? Sounds like they were there lots long enough to have been caught.

We need more women to hunt, if we ever hope to keep the anti movement at bay.
 
I don't understand this thread? Did I miss something? How can people make a responsible decision or opinion based on what was originally posted? Maybe you went to Facebook to verify/investigate? I am not on FB so cannot make any statement other than I would want more verified details on what happened before I had an opinion.

that is amateur hour. It was back in the 90's but I seen a hunt party go in to an area with only one access road, they had a refrigerated truck and an excavator which they used to tear up the road after they went in. They would only come back out once the refer was full and fixed the road on the way out

in broward county if you feel threatened , you can engage the perp... guess what crime rate went down . you want to mess with someones property knowing you can get into serious issues. we were told by police after an issue that perps go free and you sit in station filling out paperwork yay for us north of border
 
It looks like the car was tipped on it's side, perhaps when they tipped it back up it ended up in that position for the picture.... it's clearly a day time picture and a nighttime story.
The mud and dent on the driver side door and smashed window suggest that is not how she found the car when her man arrived that evening.

I can see not wanting to confront idiots..... but some times even as a women you need to man up! Or at least self identify as a man for a few minutes.

For starters, look at the dent in the driver’s side door...and the mud stuck to the vehicle. Then consider the glass on the ground. Anything strike you as odd?

This. Funny how a couple of the original pictures are now missing...almost like someone pulled some pics but left others. This incident has all the hallmarks of shenanigans. Wouldn’t be surprised if all of the original pic links disappear within a day or two tops.

Also, that dog knows something, you can see it in its eyes. ;)
 
A few decades ago had the same thing happen, People showed up and started vandalizing and breaking into my truck I was a couple hundred yards away across a field in the trees on the other side waiting on some deer to come out and saw them, Being young and dumb my anger got the better of me and a 6mm round through the box of their truck made them scurry away like the cockroaches they are.
 
I can't or won't make any conclusions about this particular situation, cause there isn't enough information to judge, but in situations where I have heard the full story of a hunters car getting trashed, 100% of the time the person doing the trashing was under the impression that the person doing the hunting was trespassing.

The only other thing I can say with certainty is that if I were in a treestand within shooting distance of my car, it would not be a story of how my car got trashed.
