I live out in the county, I am also new to this forum, and I apologize in advance if this has been posted before (Which I'm sure it has)..
We have always had a problem with people dumping cats, and dogs out here.. I live about 10 minutes from a city, my nearest neighbour is maybe a quarter of a kilometer, so it's expected city folks will drop their pets off here, instead of the humaine society not too far from where we are...
I have a Remington 870 12 gauge, but really, that's just too damn messy..
I also have a 1917 NR David 16 gauge double barrel, but that's just clumsy, and again, one hell of a mess..
So, I thought, why not just scare the little bugger away, coyotes will get him in the next month anyway, so I went and grabbed my Red Ryder, and now I'm just waiting for him to come back in the garage, where he's been spraying..
Am I breaking any laws? I've went to a few neighbours and asked them if it was theirs, but they all mention the same problems with him spraying around their houses..
