I just bought a CZ SP-01 Shadow and i love everything about it except for the red FO tube on the fr sight,Does any one know where i can buy a green replacement FO? I think the outside diameter of the FO tube is 1 mm. I only need about an inch.
 
Most FO shot gun sights (Tru-Glo aftermarket magnetic stick-on kind) cost less than $30 and have 2 green and 2 red FO rods in the package.

Check WSS, Cabelas or your local G-store.....

I have changed out a 1.5mm with a 1mm. Cut it long and heat both ends with a lighter or a heat gun and "ball" up the ends so it doesn't fall out. Should be GTG! Or you could make sure the FO sight you buy has the proper sized rods for your "real" application......

I found that sight ok, why do u want to change it? Btw congrats u made a good choice. My first shot ever with my Shadow hit the 'x' area at 10 yards. It is just amazing. Planning to buy the Canadian version now.....

red probably doesnt work for his eyes, I know to me green lights up like a beacon but red is dull and dark in anything other than full sunlight

Check out fiberopticproducts.com in California. I don't know what they charge to ship to Canada as I had my stuff sent to my alternate address in WA state, but as it comes in a small envelope I can't see it being all that expensive.

Got mine from Brownells. $5 postage.

And Ya, green is a heck of a lot easier to see. Red looks black to me.
