love them or hate them they are definitely up there on the top 10 list.

also, 'Best' is such a loose term, meaning totally different things to different people. to some rich gun snob, an 870 wouldnt even make the list. to the average Joe, the Parker and Purdey wouldnt make the list.... its all relative, which is why i hate most of these 'top ____ lists'.
 
Guess I'm not unusual, having 2/10: 6b and 7. Both in 16ga. Gotta admit, I like 'em, but one will be for sale soon. Christmas looks expensive this year, and daddy needs a Savage 24V.
 
Great ... another "must miss" article in one of the "Big 3". ( All of which are far past their heydays ! )

Why not pick up some better reading like Gray's, Shooting Sportsman or Double Gun Journal ?
