Figure 14 circle size

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the circle on a figure 14?
Also, is there a commercial supplier for figure 14 and figure 11 targets that I could buy?

There are also 14s with V/5-2 and V/10-1 scoring rings on them.

I'd like to buy some actual targets especially fig 11. I can print a few fig 14s now to keep me going for a while.
I tried to find an online source and couldn't. Is it because they are an issued item? Forgive the civvie ignorance.

I just copy the center of the Fig 11 on a 8.5X11 sheet and use that for practice. You can make as many copies as you need then. Unless you want to practice at ranges over 300y/m, you should be able to group on this sub-section of a Fig11.

there was a gent on ebay selling the full charging man targets ............they were allegedly 2nd quallity but fine for shooting by me !! he had quite a bit . if needed ill lookup his info from my ebay files. just message me !

Fig. 14 5-ring is 4", inside to inside. If a V-ring is added, it would be half that.
