Use Foxit to edit PDFS and make them fillable.

A free option that you may want to look into is the OpenOffice suite which is available for free from openoffice.org. With the addition of the Sun PDF Import Extension you can import a pdf file and drop text boxes and other form elements into it and then save it as a pdf that allows you to enter data and print out the updated file. You can also create documents from scratch and save them as pdf with and without fillable form elements.

Thanks dude, but it's been done. I gotta figure out how to do this, so that I can just do all the BC ones and distribute them once they come online. Be nice if we used Omen's page.....
