final demo rifles

We will have all of our back orders clear this week.

The balance will be shipped monday.

If you order is not moving, it will start on Tuesday.

I've sort of lost track of the dates of all the above announcements.... still nothing on the tracking as of tonight Thursday July 14th.

Not sure if I just ended up at the back of the line somehow or if something is amiss and like another poster posted in one of these threads the items will just arrive unannounced?

We ship from a back woods post office that some times forgets to originate packages. It’s quite possible it show up unscanned

So Grey Birch would have to notify clients themselves of order's shipping after 2 months and then if the back woods postal folk scanned the package the tracking number would also be working..... I'm glad you guys have finally cleared all the back logs.. assuming you have? The moving target of predicted back order shipping dates for the last couple weeks has been less helpful then no tracking info or email update and only served to aggravate the wait.... I can only imagine you guys are busy moving and as such a few things will fall through the cracks. Hopefully a confirmation of shipment is possible and will come with the reply to the email I sent yesterday morning. I was prepared to wait about 6 weeks when I ordered, but being told via email that they would ship early July, then being told a couple weeks ago here that the back orders would be done at the end of the week, then monday then tuesday and now finally a "hey you might not get a tracking number due to back woods yocals"...... ok I guess it's our of your control at this point and really with the big move going on , why sweat the small stuff when your going to be sweating freedom next month.... :)

Canada Post tracking number I received 2 months ago is still not showing anything past a shipping label having been generated.

Same as my order. Just says label created from two months back……..

To be fair, what happened 2 months ago was a bit unusual due to changes in regulations. In house generated shipping notifications to customers upon fulfillment would make more sense then relying on apparently back wood's people..... and for the record I prefer most back woods folks to the average cidiot.

We used the shipping labels as part of the job traveller. Receivers were parked with orders. Between the bans, new regulations and packing up to move to the U.S I think we have been pretty good at communicating. The original sale said orders would be shipped by mid July. There should be no surprise to anyone that its July 15th and all of the back orders are cleared this week. When we decided to move to the U.S, we were 3 months into a completely new ERP implementation. The project had to be paused and we had to quickly revert to spread sheets for tracking item usage to ensure that we didn't have any missed orders. We only made enough receivers to cover open orders as importing receivers into the U.S is a pain compared to just components.

Just received my shipping update. It's on the truck. Can't wait.

As I said, it's understandable..... but when people from GB including yourself start saying they will be shipping earlier.. expectations rise and fall. This is basic feedback from a customer, if your happy with your communications and announcements that's a bit irrelevant as your on the inside with full knowledge. I remember more of a rough time line of four to six weeks or something like that and don't recall mid july as being the set date. It seemed reasonable given the way supply chains are right now not to have a fixed date.

But maybe I missed it and July 15th was the date.... and you guys nailed it! Not sure what your announcement from June 28th in this thread, saying all back orders will be cleared by the end of the week (July 1) was all about, but it did line up with an email I received mid June that said they were expected to arrive early and clear around the end of the month.

I don't really care if it takes another couple of weeks at this point, but at the time in mid June I was trying to coordinate pick up of the package as I was working on and off away from home and wanted to make sure the package did not sit somewhere for 10 days.

Good luck down south.

We shipped half of the orders on the 28th. Grinding of carbon was our back log and took us until early last week to clear...... Another thing to consider, sales teams are full of optimists and when they hear a date they reverse pad it and then run hard. Perhaps there will need to be some shaming internally.

What we can say is that 100% of every websale and warranty is out the door. Calgary shooting Center is stocked up and customer support will continue seamlessly. Even though we are fleeing our homeland the shooting community in Canada will have a special place in our hearts. You will guys will be a priority for special offers and launches of product. It is important to us that you guys are not on the outside looking in... the preverbal fat kid locked out of the candy store forced to watch his friends on the inside. We know who fed our families over the last two years.

Awesome to hear! I ordered the rest of the part for my build from CSC today. Including one of your bolts. I do hope you guys come up with a plate for your RDR to add a Pic rail to the top. This would make it one of the most adaptable receivers on the market.

We did throw in a free Aimpoint Arco mount with every unit from this sale. The Arco is a pretty sweet optic for the RDR
