Results are in! I worked up 20 rounds, full length sized according to the specs in the first post.
Wind was 5-10 mph.
After sighting in, I shot 1", 9/16", and .75". I'm still getting used to the rifle so there's tons of room for improvement on my part, but here's a pic of the 9/16" group.

And finally, some personal comments on the Lee equipment I was using. I found the Lee Perfect Powder measure and Lee scale to work ok, but the scale was finicky to zero, and when weighing powder, it just seemed to take forever to stop swinging. The powder measure was also a bit finicky, but I learned to tap it a few times during the throw to get more consistency. When I did weigh the powder (spot checking every 4th throw or so), I sometimes needed to toss in a few powder granules to get the correct weight. That said, the results seem to be ok, so I think the next step is another batch at 0.5 grains more... but I think if I can keep it in the 0.5" to .75" range that should be the sweet spot?
Thanks everyone for their advice and encouragement!
