Finally, an M-S M1903

it had me until i saw the skipline checkering.
skipline checkering is an absolute travesty -- i would love to personally tar and feather whoever's brilliant idea it was :D

otherwise very nice rifle, and i am envious :D

Cris nice rifle even with the restock, hard to believe a man with one hand built that stock!!! You are lucky and got a nice lyman 36 reciever sight, job well done, dale:d

Dale:
If I get the opportunity, I'll post some pics of the others he did on some classic Mausers. Absolutely beautiful! He was a craftsman in the true sense of the word.

Schwing!!!!!! A former boss had two of these given to him by his dad so I had the opportunity to handle and shoot them - very, very nice. Congrats.

Absolutely gorgeous, GR100; I hunted with an original in the late 50's. I shot a
respectable Muley with the Dominion Factory 160 RN. Shot was about 120 yards,
and he ran about 60 yards after the shot, and then piled up. Dead when I got
to him. Seriously wish I had kept that rifle. :( Dave.
