I built mine based off of the NRMA design with a few alterations:
https://www.shotgunsportsmagazine.com/downloads/bench_plans.pdf
I sized it down slightly as I didn't need/want a 72" x 34" top. I settled on 60" x 29.5" (29.5" because it would make the bottom shelf 17.5" deep, allowing me to use just one sheet of 3/4 plywood for the project). I also built it to a height of 37.75" as that was a comfortable working height for me while standing (I'm 5'9").
It's a good, solid design that is bolted together allowing it to be easily disassembled for moving. If I were to build another I would include a drawer or two but am otherwise quite satisfied with it.
