Finally did auto bolt release 10/22

Finally got around to moding the 10/22 . Was worried I would mess it up. But was super easy. Used my Dremel. Slow and steady. Best move ever. Also changes the stock to a wooden one I got here on the EE forums. Feels better with wood over the plastic stock. If anyone is debating the auto bolt. Do It :)

Cool but I much prefer people not being able to work my rifle when I let them try it. I get it though, I have modded quite a few other guns for people. I actually find files easier for doing the job, it can be a PIA to get in there at first with the dremel.

I was annoyed when I took it to the range. My dad couldn't stop laughing. No makes more sense . As for the Dremel worked really well. Didn't have any files small enough at home
 
Didn't really bother me but I just did mine as well a couple of weeks ago. Nothing to it. Works like a charm.
 
With small files from probably princess auto I had it done in under 10 minutes. Flat first to take down the hump, then a curved/half round to finish it.
