I've often thought of refurbishing a sporter but have never seen original full wood for sale. Where do you find it?

I live in Canada. Most US companies won't ship anything to do with guns to Canada, it's against the law.

Lots of companies have permits in place to ship to Canada. There are also exemptions for some stuff based on price and what gun it belongs to.

I've ordered without a glitch many times; stocks, nuts and bots, magazines... It'd be a bit harder to get chargers and barrels, but as Stevo said, some companies hav ethe export permits. It does take longer though. But for the parts that are not under any regulation, there's no difference between them and, say, a lovely Star Wars figurine won on Ebay.
