Finally got a Glock!

Hey all,

I finally joined the Glock club, and am pretty excited about it! Got my hands on a brand new Glock19 Gen3 with a threaded barrel.
Outfitted with a surefire X300 Ultra
Cant wait to get her to the range!

My Glock19: My papers came in 2 days.

Have fun! I just got back from the range. I was consistently shooting better groups with my 17 than with my Shadowline.

Have you shot Glocks before? If not you will be into a learning curve. I had shot mostly 1911's before my G17Gen4, the gates of frustration almost had me give up on the Glock...glad I didn't but needless to say I took me quite awhile before the grip became 2nd nature (every now and again I still ride the slidestop!)
Great, nay, Excellent guns once you become used to them, it's the getting used to them that's the painful part. Shooting became like learning to walk again with the Glock.

Got to love the glocks, I think the best part is that it is so easy to get parts, mags, holster, whatever and you can and you can get the stuff anywhere! I have a G17 G4, and more things for it then I know what to do with! haha. But more to the point, love shooting it, and get great groups with it!
