Sure thing- I'll bring it alongside the MR-1 and the SU-16....

That sure is a purty rifle you got there Mr. Bickle. We might have to go out with dueling 180B's soon and see what they sound like in stereo ; )
Here's a crazy idea, read the FAQ.
Any chance you might be bringing in down to the silverdale range so some of us might see what an awesome rifle this is?
Probably the US market dictates whether the 180b is profitable or not, and there is too much competition and not really a unique niche for it there, unlike Canada.
Where is Silverdale? GTA?
I put up a WTB add on the EE here on CGN.
A great guy down in Kingston answered it.
I got it for much less than most people are trying to hock an $800 gun for lol.
I have the original scope mount as well but I'm an irons guy so I think I'll just store that part for now.
Hamilton area, sadly no more gun ranges in gta area to my knowledge, minus target sports in gromley.
I wish I could say I was surprised
My condolences to anyone on here living in or near enough to that cesspool to be affected by the Liberal BS they enforce upon you.
I still regret selling mine.
I found a brand new one which was of the last ones brought into Canada and in a moment of weakness sold it last year.
Lucky for me I told my buddy that I sold it to that he wasn't allowed to sell it to anyone but me so one day I might get it back.
Have fun with your new toy, mine just got better and better the more I shot it. The trigger got nicer and the action smoother with every trip out.
I would worry more about a cracked lower receiver in the area of the pivot.
I wouldn't worry too much about a cracked lower receiver, there's a lot of talk, but take it from someone who knows (and researchs! (google)) I have never heard of or seen such a problem other than speculation (correct me if I'm wrong with VALID information). And as far as shooting out the barrel, I know of a place (close to home ; ) that is machining a new Johnson M1941 barrel form me as we speak, so regardless of compatibility, where there's a will there's a way. Further more, if you shoot out the barrel, my hat is off to you sir! For you have accomplished a rare feat!
Congratulations on your purchase, and welcome the exclusive "180b" club!

Bah!
It states in the manual about 15 times that I counted:
Do not let the upper slam forward on the pivot pin!!!
There is no way that thing is going to break as long as I'm not an idiot and let the whole upper slam forward as hard as I can when I strip the rifle.
I wouldn't take my chances doing it with an aluminum AR-15 lower either. If it breaks it will be from my own stupidity not because of shoddy manufacturing or design.
