If you still have your owners manual, you can usually get a part number at the back - then order whatever you need. Brownells, and WGP both have some in-stock.

That's some real determination to make what you can't buy.

A set screw and wicking loctite is the way to go. You can set windage at the range with the set screw and then douse it with the green stuff and forget about it.

The rear sight is wind age adjustable with a gib - same idea as rugers rear sight. I made a robust rear blade (actually several) that I will file to height and finish them black.
 
After playing with this thing for a few days, I decided I gotta make another barrel band swivel stud. It's gonna be real interesting getting the front sight off..... Pics to come.
