Finally got my first long range rifle!

I've got a Rem 700 SPS-V .308 Left Hand in an AICS stock. Awesome gun. I hope you hand load! Otherwise you're gonna break the bank.
haha yeap, I started collecting .308 brass a while ago and I'm actually gonna load my first batch of 50 with 155gr sierra match kings and imr 3031 tonight, I also bought a few boxes of cheapo win power point just to break the rifle in and get some extra cases.

To the other guys it looks like I'm going to go with the MDT Tac21, it's a great price and I like how the company is in Chilliwack. Again thanks for all the replies, can't wait to get out and shoot this thing!

trying to keep it under 1000$, have my eyes on the MDT Tac21

Definitely the MDT TAC21 chassis I have the same gun in one, improved the accuracy without a doubt

Another vote for the MDT Tac 21 chassis over here! Just finished my build, posted some info on another thread.. but the gist of it is:

  • Remington M700 SPS Tactical .223 with 16.5" barrel
  • MDT Tac 21 chassis with magpul PRS stock
  • AGW Linear muzzle brake
  • KRG tactical bolt lift
  • Leupold FX-ii 6x36mm Scope
  • Leupold Mark 4 super high rings

Here it is packed up all neat and tidy...
