The people responsible for the poaching of numerous big game animals around Edson in 2013 were sentenced in court.
Judge handed out $135,000.00 in fines, foreiture of 3 vehicles, 4 firearms and ammunition, 4 lifetime hunting bans, 1 10 year hunting ban, 1 five year hunting ban, 90 days in jail and 9 months of house arrest.
Colton Campbell sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $45,000.00 and lifetime hunting ban.
Derek Brown sentenced to 9 months house arrest, $45,000.00 fine and lifetime hunting ban.
Taylor Brown got a $10,000.00 fine and ten year hunting ban.
Michaela Scott fined $10,000.00 and a lifetime hunting ban.
One youth issued 200 hours of community service and a five year hunting ban.
