Another happy Lock and Load AP customer here... First day loaded up 1200 rounds which was never possible on my other equiptment even though if was auto progressive too... and I didnt spend the whole day doing it maybe a few hours.
best things about it is;
Its fast even with hand loading the cases and bullets... but I will probally get the auto case feeder down the line... maybe a bullet feeder too.
There is no waste, other presses of mine crushed primers, split powder and sometime installed primers backwards... with the hornady 1200 rounds no crushed primers, no wasted powder, everything perfect.
Precision powder adjustment... you can change the ammount of powder very precisely and i found that it was far more accurate in the charge drop which for the first time ever it allowed me to shoot 8 shot groups all touching, using my own cast bullets. that group was shot with the first 100 bullets I made as a test batch so i can only get better now...
Its impressed me so much I am going to use it to load rifle rounds too...
Thing about reloading is once the novelty of oh I can make my own bullets wears off its down to how quick can I make them... because its more fun to shoot them then make them, and if you like me your probally quite busy and would prefer that in an hour you can crank out 300-400 bullets instead of 100-200 so you could be doing something else.
