If it performs like it looks it should be a world beater ! As for pods - go with a Harris S series with notched legs. Get a pod lock for it. Give the guys at PGW a call for the pod.

Looks Great, I am getting a 12-25 Harris, if you don't like it there is always someone who will buy it from you. I found my Harris 6-9 is too short for me. BTW I would sell you mine if your interested it does not swivel.

My guess is it will perform as good as any factory barreled rifle will.

If you really want to get every ounce of "precision" out of it then get a match grade barrel put on it.

Way to both state the obvious and piss in his cornflakes.

I too would say to go for the 12-25 Harris in a swivelling model. Or shoot it off a pack and skip the bipod altogether.

I agree with Cyanide on the barrel and I also say that you should go with what height bipod you will be comfortable with. If it is going to be used on a DND range, you won't need a high bipod because the mounds are all on a slight uphill angle anyway so your feet are lower than your head.I use a 6-9 in prone and find it comfortable, my brother uses a 9-13, or whatever the next size is, and is comfortable with that. I will also say that I like the harris but I would like to try a versapod on my next project, whenever that is.

Regardless, I love the look of it and I hope it is everything you were wanting.

Well I have had some factory barrels shoot as well as some of my Hart, and Shilens!

And one just happened to be a factory Rem 26,,, 1:12

I am sure it will shoot fine, I have one very close to what yours looks like.
