After much waiting I got a chance to shoot my CZ455 American for silhouette today. This was the second time I've shot MS and the last was a good 4 years ago.
Anyways, I sort of guessed on my scope settings judging from my 50 and 100 yds zeros and went from there.
The result was a 20, 22, 21 then 17. Clearly I was starting to feel a little fatigue at the end, plus I was second guessing the scope settings. I ended-up with a AA classification which I'm sure I won't be able to shoot near for some time to come. I'm going to need to spend some time sighting in on paper while standing to see where those bullets were going.
Also I realize that I'd really like more weight on the gun, especially up forward. A Lilja barrel isn't in the cards right now, so I will likely just live with it for now. Clearly the rifle can shoot well when I do my part.
