Finally, made a ten shot group under 2 & 1/2 inches. 2,06 inches at 100 yards with my 1885 Winchester high-wall in .38/55 with an NOE 375-220 mould. The charge was 16.9 gr of H4227 and the bullets were run through a .379 sizer, lubed with Emmert's lube.

You say you have a .375 mold but sizing at .379? Are you sizing just for lubing?
Out of curiosity, what is your bore dia.?
Have you slugged or cast the bore?
What dia. are your bullets casting out at?
The bullets come from the mould at .378 inch. The bore takes a .368 plug guage, but a .369 will not enter. I havn,t slugged the bore for groove diameter.
The alloy was 1:30 and I put 40 fire lapping rounds through the barrel last week.
